MULTIPLE Lawsuits Can Be CONFUSING . . .

As of May 30, 2008, no less than SIX (6) SEPARATE LAWSUITS have been filed against CVS Pharmacy (or its related companies) on behalf of employees who were denied REST BREAKS, MEAL BREAKS, VACATION PAY, and/or OVERTIME PAY, among other things. These lawsuits cover periods going back as far as March 13, 2003. These lawsuits may or may not cover the same employees for the same violations for the same periods. Flores v. CVS Pharmacy Inc.; filed on August 15, 2007; U.S. District Court for the Central District of California; Case No. CV 07-05326.
Quaglia v. Garfield Beach CVS, L.L.C.; filed in the Superior Court of San Diego County; Case No.
37-2007-00078052-CU-OE-CTL.
Hernandez v. CVS Corporation; Case No. BC 368437; filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
Mosse v. CVS Caremark Corporation; Case No. BC 387082; filed March 11, 2008 in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.

Each of these cases seeks somewhat similar damages for potential class members who could be represented in one or more of these cases, but for different periods and potentially different recovery amounts. Potential class members could receive confusing communications regarding some or all of these lawsuits, which may not apply to your potential rights in another lawsuit.
