Multiple CVS Lawsuits

MULTIPLE Lawsuits Can Be CONFUSING . . .

As of May 30, 2008, no less than SIX (6) SEPARATE LAWSUITS have been filed against CVS Pharmacy (or its related companies) on behalf of employees who were denied REST BREAKS, MEAL BREAKS, VACATION PAY, and/or OVERTIME PAY, among other things.  These lawsuits cover periods going back as far as March 13, 2003.  These lawsuits may or may not cover the same employees for the same violations for the same periods.  YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO BECOME INFORMED ABOUT THESE LAWSUITS, ANY ONE OF WHICH MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS TO RECOVERY.

  1. Brinson v. CVS Corporation; Case No. BC 367668; filed March 13, 2007 in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
  2. Conejo et al. v. Garfield Beach CVS, CVS Pharmacy, New ALBERTSON's, SAV-ON Drug Stores ; Case No. BC 375137; filed August 2, 2007 in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
  3. Flores v. CVS Pharmacy Inc.; filed on August 15, 2007; U.S. District Court for the Central District of California; Case No. CV 07-05326.
  4. Quaglia v. Garfield Beach CVS, L.L.C.; filed in the Superior Court of San Diego County; Case No.
    37-2007-00078052-CU-OE-CTL.
  5. Hernandez v. CVS Corporation; Case No. BC 368437; filed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
  6. Mosse v. CVS Caremark Corporation; Case No. BC 387082; filed March 11, 2008 in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
Each of these cases seeks somewhat similar damages for potential class members who could be represented in one or more of these cases, but for different periods and potentially different recovery amounts.  Potential class members could receive confusing communications regarding some or all of these lawsuits, which may not apply to your potential rights in another lawsuit.

Your submission of our ONLINE questionnaire could help identify the areas of recovery you may be entitled to. If your questionnaire indicates you may be a potential plaintiff in one or more of these SIX PENDING lawsuits against CVS or SAV-ON or ALBERTSON's, we will provide you with more information so you can make an INFORMED decision about your participation in these lawsuits.  It does not matter whether you are a current employee or a former employee of CVS, SAV-ON, or ALBERTSON's.

You are under no obligation by completing the online questionnaire.  By IDENTIFYING YOURSELF AS A POTENTIAL CLASS MEMBER, you have nothing to lose, but perhaps everything to gain by asserting your legal rights.

The Conejo, et al. v. Garfield Beach CVS, et al. lawsuit is being prosecuted by an experienced team of litigators and California employment/labor law attorneys who have successfully represented many clients in class actions such as this.
