      you did NOT RECEIVE one (or more) 30-minute duty-free MEAL break(s).

 or

 C) you worked in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week and;

* As of May 30, 2008, no less than SIX (6) SEPARATE LAWSUITS have been filed against CVS Pharmacy (or its related companies) on behalf of employees who were denied REST BREAKS, MEAL BREAKS, VACATION PAY, and/or OVERTIME PAY, among other things.  These lawsuits cover periods going back as far as March 13, 2003.  These lawsuits may or may not cover the same employees for the same violations for the same periods.  YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO BECOME INFORMED ABOUT THESE LAWSUITS, ANY ONE OF WHICH MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS TO RECOVERY.

If any of the situations above describe YOU or SOMEONE YOU KNOW, please take 15 minutes to complete and submit our ONLINE questionnaire.  If your questionnaire indicates you may be a potential plaintiff in one or more of the SIX PENDING lawsuits against CVS or SAV-ON or ALBERTSON's, we will provide you with more information so you can make an INFORMED decision about your participation in these lawsuits.  It does not matter whether you are a current employee or a former employee of CVS, SAV-ON, or ALBERTSON's.

You are under no obligation by completing the online questionnaire.  By IDENTIFYING YOURSELF AS A POTENTIAL CLASS MEMBER, you have nothing to lose, but perhaps everything to gain by asserting your legal rights.
